How often do you restock beanies?

We restock beanies once every 1-2 weeks. If there is a specific color way you are interested in that is sold out. Feel free to contact us directly for further details in that regard.

How do I wash my beanie?

We suggest that you dry clean all of our products for the best care possible but if that's not a option we the best way to wash your beanie & get it back to it's original fit is by washing it by hand or washing machine with warm water & then letting it dry for about 15-30 minutes depending on how damp the beanie gets. From there you will notice a shrinkage that will bring back that original snug fit.


I received a tracking number but the shipment has not move.

In most cases, please allow 1-3 days business days for the tracking number to update. If your order still has not been updated by then, please contact us directly so we can look into the delay. Also note that if your order is a pre-order then it may take up to 2-3 weeks for you to see an update on your tracking number.

I have a received an issue with my order. What Should I do?

Please contact customer service as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue. Please note that due to Covid-19 we only accept exchanges & returns for discrepancies made by the shipper (Bricks & Wood). Please contact us if that applies to your order. Other than any of the issues noted above *All SALES ARE FINAL* 

Can I expedite my shipping? I need my item by a certain date.

Unfortunately we do not offer any shipping other than standard shipping via USPS & UPS for both domestic & international customers. Due to the nature of our company at the moment we only allow standard shipping so that we can keep organized with our orders in which they are received. As we grow we will offer more & better shipping options in the future.
